Job Description

Reputable National Litigation Law Firm in Culver City is seeking an Administrative Legal Assistant supporting attorneys and office operations, with an opportunity for growth!

Attorney Support

  • Manage calendars and scheduling for attorneys, particularly David Rancilio
  • Coordinate attorney meetings, depositions, and deadlines
  • Assist with plaintiff deposition scheduling
  • Prepare and manage Notices of Deposition
  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys

Office Administration

  • Process office expense reports
  • Handle expense reports for David Rancilio and Ray Ward
  • Coordinate monthly office food orders and celebrations
  • Manage office mail and maintain mail logs
  • Organize conference rooms and office spaces
  • Maintain filing systems, original files, and transcript storage
  • Oversee supply room organization and inventory

Records & Organization

  • Maintain filing room and document storage
  • Keep conference rooms and kitchen organized
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and document management

Top 3 Qualifications

1. Law Firm Experience (Most Important)

  • Previous experience in a legal office environment preferred
  • Familiarity with legal terminology, litigation processes, and attorney support

2. Attorney Calendaring & Scheduling

  • Managing complex attorney calendars
  • Coordinating meetings, depositions, court dates, and deadlines
  • Strong scheduling and prioritization skills

3. Organization & Attention to Detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong administrative and follow-through skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
